How much meat do food-aid organizations actually get? Never enough.
We have many amazing organizations in our local community that help individuals and families with healthy food options - food banks, churches, shelters, support homes... While we work on solutions to the deeper problems causing people to need these services, we know that they still need a helping hand.
Almost all community collections are for dry goods and non-perishables - and it's understandable - but what if we could also provide an avenue for people to receive a source of healthy meat? Fresh meat can be tricky because it's so perishable; but our farm-to-freezer beef is the perfect fit.
Since September 2022, Keyser Creek Farms has donated over 800 pounds of ground beef amongst:
Ailsa Craig Area Food Bank - Ailsa Craig
Salvation Army - Strathroy
St. Vincent de Paul - Sarnia
Gianna Home - Sarnia
If you purchase either a 1lb, 3lb, or 5lb bundle of ground beef here, it is tagged as a donation and we personally guarantee that these packages of ground beef will be donated to a local organization in need.
By the way, orders over $250 receive FREE SHIPPING - so, if you are just under that amount, please consider adding a few pounds of ground beef to donate. You can either pay a shipping company for their service, or donate to a good cause and get free shipping....

We know this is a very different idea - paying for something and then trusting that we're going to send it along on your behalf.... that's asking for a lot of trust, especially through an online store. Our beef is coming to you frozen. Please make sure you get it packed into your freezer as soon as possible. Once meat has been thawed, it SHOULD NOT be refrozen until after it is properly cooked.

We use a local refrigerated truck courier service to ensure your beef shows up fast and frozen!
We always ship orders on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure your package doesn't get caught in transit over the weekend.
Your beef should arrive in 2-3 days from leaving the farm.

Half way between London and Sarnia, we are easy to get to - only 5 minutes north of the 402 highway
(and yes - we're on a paved road!)
