If there is something you are unsatisfied with, we just may not have thought of it from your perspective; but as business owners we would appreciate the opportunity to understand more about the people we are trying to serve, and to offer a remedy to the situation.
Our efforts will begin with a customer service call so we can better understand the issue. We may offer to replace items, re-ship your order, or offer alternative product compensation. We are so confident in the quality of our product that we are willing to offer a refund on your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is thawed or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As all our frozen beef products are perishable goods, we cannot accept returns of any items - but we will work to ensure you are satisfied with your experience with Keyser Creek Farms.
We do not process returns on our digital gift cards.
If the corrective action is a total or partial refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
